Hey Y’all.
This is round 2, as indicated in my previous post, of the fashion shoots I did over the last weekend. This one was Men’s Fashion instead for a brand you should already know about because I did their first shoot (way back in 2013) and they were also my first fashion shoot ha! Blazerboys have just released their first blazer (Stanley) which is depicted in the pictures below.
The location this time was Liverpool Street for the most part and I had a lot of fun with this too. There was a lot less creative control on my part because they knew the kind of shots they wanted already but I did pitch in and still worked my own style into it.
Post processing was a very different experience to what I’m used to. I realised very quickly that this would not be a set of photos I could use my standard presets with. Instead I really had to think about the brand and how I would make the blazer itself standout because that was the focus. This led to me using the adjustment brushes in LR to make more dramatic adjustments to place emphasis on the blazer. This bit was definitely a challenge for me which I gladly took on and I have to say I was very pleased with the results!
All in all the shoots over the past weekend really pushed me and I definitely believe I’ve improved as a result!
