Hi there ???☺️
It’s at that time of the year where it’s cold, grey and there’s very little hope of sunshine. Normally I’m not a fan of any season other than Summer and maybe Spring (only because it means Summer is round the corner). The gloomy scenery and weather usually leaves me uninspired and I retreat into my warm shell in a turtle-like manner because let’s face it, cold, wet and windy is not my cup of tea. Typically this means nothing much happens by way of photography but this year I made up my mind to stay inspired. Despite the very unpredictable weather here in London (well I say unpredictable but really all this means is that there’s a 95% chance of rain, 5% chance of grey and 0% chance of sun) I decided to capture images that would typify the cold seasons in all their glory. So Autumn is up first. Got a model, got a location, kept it all very simple. What was the take home? Autumn foliage is stunning and can be captured beautifully even in grey old England. Could it be that I’m falling for Autumn? Hmmn well I certain have enjoyed the colours but I’m yet to be won over by the weather. All in all though, this was a fantastic shoot and I am very excited about the colours & scenery I was able to capture.
Now please gander at the pictures at your leisure ??☺️
